1. Product Quality : We ensure that all drinking water supplied meets standard purification and hygiene requirements. Customers are advised to check the seal and packaging at the time of delivery.

2. Orders & Delivery : Orders can be placed via phone, website, or authorized distributors.Delivery timings are subject to availability and location. Same-day delivery may not always be guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms : Payments must be made at the time of delivery unless prior credit arrangements are approved. We accept cash, online payments, and other approved payment methods.

4. Return & Replacement Policy : Empty jars/bottles must be returned at the time of the next delivery. Damaged or leaking products should be reported immediately for replacement.

5. Security Deposit (For Jars/Dispensers) : A refundable deposit may be required for 20L jars or water dispensers. The deposit will be refunded upon return of items in good condition.

6. Usage Responsibility : Customers are responsible for proper storage of water in a clean and cool environment. We are not liable for contamination after delivery due to improper handling.

7. Service Cancellation : Customers may cancel services with prior notice. Any outstanding payments must be cleared before cancellation.

8. Pricing & Changes : Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions. Updated pricing will be communicated to customers.

9. Liability Limitation : We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products only.

10. Compliance : Our operations comply with applicable local health and safety regulations.
